How long does a repair take?

Most repairs take turnaround set by the shop. Mail-in orders add shipping time both ways. Vidal texts you a ready date once he has seen your pair.

Is it safe to mail my shoes?

Your box travels with tracking both ways (insurance details here). You get a text when your pair arrives and again when it ships back.

How do I pay?

Payment methods here. For mail-in, you pay after Vidal confirms the final price by text.
